Pryor had a career-high 334 yards on 24-of-30 efficiency in just over three quarters of play. Daniel Herron ran for a pair of touchdowns for the Buckeyes (6-0, 2-0 Big Ten), who have won 12 straight games dating back to last season.
Head coach Jim Tressel earned his 100th career win at Ohio State.
"It's a ton of wins, especially in a place like this where a win doesn't come easy," said Ohio State Dane Sanzenbacher, who caught a touchdown pass. "I'm sure everyone is very impressed with his accomplishment, but I'm sure he's going to want to move on and get ready for more wins."
Ben Chappell completed 16-of-26 passes for 106 yards with two interceptions for the Hoosiers (3-2, 0-2), who have dropped consecutive games after starting the season with wins over Towson, Western Kentucky and Akron. Indiana lost a shootout with nationally-ranked Michigan last week, as Heisman hopeful Denard Robinson ran for the winning touchdown in the waning moments of the fourth quarter.
Chappell set a school-record with 480 passing yards while also breaking the program's marks for attempts (64) and completions (45) in the loss to the Wolverines.
"Ohio State is a great team, and we just didn't play well enough," Chappell said. "We can't make excuses as a team. We weren't able to throw the ball well."
The Buckeyes wasted little time on the game's opening drive, as Herron capped a four-play drive with a 39-yard touchdown run.
After the teams exchanged punts, Ohio State converted a Chappell interception into a 22-yard TD pass from Pryor to Sanzenbacher.
Ohio State's lead to grew to 21-0 early in the second quarter when Brandon Saine hauled in a 60-yard TD pass from Pryor. A second Chappell interception later in the frame resulted in a 17-yard scoring play between Pryor and DeVier Posey.
Devin Barclay kicked a 36-yard field goal to give the Buckeyes a 31-0 advantage at halftime. Herron added an eight-yard TD run in the third quarter before Indiana recorded the final 10 points of the game on Mitch Ewald's 36- yard field goal and a one-yard plunge by Antonio Banks with about five minutes remaining in regulation.
Game Notes
Pryor set a career high for completions...Posey caught eight passes for 103 yards...Ohio State had 478 yards of total offense, while limiting Indiana to 210...The Buckeyes were 7-for-14 on third downs...Tressel became the third fastest coach to reach 100 victories at a Big Ten school, accomplishing the feat in 121 games. Only Michigan's Fielding Yost and Bo Schembechler reached the milestone faster (119 games)...Ohio State has won 16 straight against the Hoosiers, who haven't beaten the Buckeyes since 1988.
