Kelso Sturgeon has been a professional handicapper for 40 years and has a deep understanding of all facets of the game, be it football, basketball, baseball or horse racing. He's worked as a football scout in the SEC and studied under Hall of Fame coaches like Alabama's Bear Bryant, winner of five national titles and Hank Stram of the Kansas City Chiefs, who won the 1970 Super Bowl. He's been a Regional Sports Editor for the Associated Press, worked as a successful jockey agent and authored several books teaching people how to be a handicapper, including the bestseller, THE COMPLETE GUIDE TO SPORTS BETTING. Kelso also understands that to be a successful handicapper means knowing the business of gambling, and to that end he is personal friends with most of the big linesmakers in Las Vegas and gets the daily scoop on what is happening on the other side of the counter. There is no one better qualifed to be your personal handicapper than Kelso Sturgeon.

Paulus transferred to William & Mary last December following a disappointing stint as a Tar Heel.
After arriving at North Carolina as a highly touted recruit, Paulus languished on the bench behind starter T.J. Yates.
In a 2008 contest against Virginia Tech, Yates was injured and Paulus entered the game holding a 10-3 lead. The Tar Heels eventually lost the game 20-17 and Paulus lost the starting job to Cam Sexton the following week.
"When (Yates) got injured a couple of years ago we were faced with having to try and make a decision and Cam Sexton came in and played really well," said North Carolina head coach Butch Davis earlier this week. "Cam was a bit older and a little bit more mature and he had been a starting quarterback before so he had a little bit more of an experience advantage over (Paulus)."
Paulus never started another game for the Tar Heels.
This season, though, Paulus has thrived. When starter Mike Callahan went down against Maine on Sept. 25, Paulus led the Tribe to a 24-21 victory. He held onto the job and has compiled a 3-0 record since assuming the starting role.
"(Paulus) is a good kid and he's a good quarterback and he has played extremely well for them," said Davis.
William & Mary currently sit a No. 3 in The Sports Network/Fathead.com FCS Top 25 poll.
The Tribe and the Tar Heels will meet this Saturday at 3:30 p.m. The game will be broadcast on ESPN3.com.
